The "Terme Ozren" complex is located in Kakmuž, a mountain village in the municipality of Petrovo, 25 kilometers from the town of Doboj. Back in 1978, academician Josip Bać discovered deposits of thermo-mineral hydrocarbonate water in this area, which were later turned into a spa. The ability of this water to have a healing effect on problems such as rheumatism, psoriasis, sinus problems, spinal deformity, high blood pressure, etc. made this place popular and visited by a large number of people, which led to the renovation of the spa in 2007.

In 2017, the Bijeljina company "Milojević Gilje-Gas" received a 19-year concession for the use of thermo-mineral water and will begin the phased construction of a modern recreational and catering center "Terme Ozren" on the site of the old spa. “Milojević Gilje-Gas” is one of the leading producers and distributors of technical gases, propane butane, autogas and gas cutting equipment in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which includes five business units, including "Terme Ozren".
