Dear users, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services. Each visit to our site, as well as the use of hotel services, means that you have read these terms and agree with them in full. Hotel Terme Ozren reserves the right to change the conditions without special notice that binds all visitors.

General conditions

These conditions apply to all content, materials and information displayed on the website of Hotel Terme Ozren, as well as the associated pages on social networks. All materials (texts, photos, videos, etc.) are the property of Hotel Terme Ozren unless otherwise stated and any use is prohibited without the official written permission of the representatives of Hotel Terme Ozren. All materials and information are subject to change without notice. If you are on the website of the Hotel Terme Ozren, it is assumed that you agree with all the conditions stated in this text.

During their stay in the hotel, guests are required to adhere to all conditions of use of special rooms in which they stay, while for pool areas it is necessary to adhere to special conditions of use (see conditions of use in swimming pools). Parking in front of the hotel is a specially marked area that is under the supervision of the hotel, but the hotel is not responsible for any damage if during the stay there is any kind of damage, so guests are obliged to accept this business policy. Values, documents and the like are kept with due care by hotel guests and in case of disappearance in the hotel premises the hotel is not responsible and guests are obliged to report the disappearance no later than 24 hours after leaving the hotel or immediately at the reception if guests stay at the hotel.

All hotel guests accept all the conditions of use of the hotel by staying in the hotel. Hotel Terme Ozren reserves the right to change the conditions without special notice that binds all visitors.

Methods of payment

All prices are defined in BAM and payment is made exclusively in the same. We convert from foreign currencies at the CBIH purchase rate on the day of payment for exchange offices at the hotel. Payment can be made in cash, by payment card, by payment to the account according to the proforma invoice and by bank transfer if you have concluded an agreement on this type of cooperation with the official representative of the hotel. Payment cards that can be used for payment are: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Dina.

Reservations

Reservations at Hotel Terme Ozren can be made in person at the hotel reception, by phone, by sending an inquiry to the official email address of the hotel and through the agency with which Hotel Terme Ozren currently cooperates. All reservations made in any of the above ways are valid and subject to the cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed in writing with a hotel representative.

Cancellation policy and indemnity (individual guests)

Check-in time is from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time from the hotel is until 11 am on the day of departure. Reservations that are not guaranteed will be canceled at 4 pm if the guest does not come or notify of changes. In case of guaranteed reservation (cash, payment card, transfer) the room remains under reservation.

Tolerated cancellation is 48 hours before check-in (guest arrival). If the guest does not come and the reservation is not canceled, the first night is charged 100%. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card prior to arrival. By accepting the booking confirmation, the guest undertakes to bear the costs of the unrealized reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy in case of inadequate cancellation (48 hours in advance).

Cancellation policy and indemnification (groups)

A group is a group of 10 or more people who stay and use services in an organized manner. Tolerated cancellation of a reservation for groups is at least 21 days in advance, if the group is canceled in a period shorter than 21 days and longer than 14 days, 10% of the value of the contracted work will be charged.

If the group is canceled in a period shorter than 14 days and longer than 7 days before the start of using the services, 40% will be charged.
If the group is canceled in a period shorter than 7 days and longer than 48 hours before the start of using the services, 50% will be charged, for a period shorter than 48 hours 80% of the value of the contracted work will be charged. 40%. By accepting the booking confirmation, the contractor undertakes to bear the costs in accordance with the cancellation policy in case of inadequate cancellation (within the specified deadlines).

Swimming pool row "Terme Ozren"

In order to ensure the safety of visitors, "Terme Ozren" at the beach determines the maximum number of users (1,400 visitors) that can simultaneously receive the beach and estimates the number of users at the beach and limits.
The presence of the maximum number of visitors (bathers) at the bathing area is estimated in relation to the presence of visitors in the water and on the shore belonging to the bathing area.
If the maximum number of visitors is present at the bathing area, "Terme Ozren" is obliged to prevent access to the bathing area to other visitors.

It is obligatory:

to shower and pass through a hygienic barrier to disinfect your feet before entering the pool area,
to use available resources rationally and purposefully, especially showers (shower time should not be longer than 5 minutes)
bracelets, keys to lockers, towels and bathrobes should be taken at the reception, visit the reception when leaving to return the deposit,
careful use of hair dryers (remove the hair dryer from the hair at least 15 cm, take care that the hair dryer does not overheat)
leave the pool area - go through the ramp no later than the end of the time programmed on the bracelet

It is not allowed:

skipping a ramp or fence, any other form of irresponsible behavior in terms of avoiding paying the ticket
entrance to the pool area in footwear used outside the Hotel premises and wearing jewelry when using the slide and geothermal water (outdoor pool)
entry and use of the pool by persons under 12 years of age unaccompanied by an adult
bringing bags, purses, etc. dimensions larger than 30 cm x 25 cm
intake of any food, ice cream, etc. (including snacks) and drinks in the pool area
bringing and using firearms and cold steel, flammable and explosive items, items with a strong or unpleasant odor, glass, brittle or sharp objects in the pool
smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes in indoor pools Wellness & Spa oasis
use of the pool by unaccompanied non-swimmers and constant supervision of an adult (swimmer), - non-swimmers over eight years of age are prohibited from entering water in which the depth exceeds 2/3 of their height - these persons must be under constant supervision of the rescue service or parent or adult guardian
non-swimmers can be only in the part of the water that corresponds to their height, without being in danger of being in the depth of the water that does not correspond to their height due to certain circumstances (sliding, falling)
entrance to the pool under the influence of alcohol / narcotics, with skin (infectious diseases or open) and infected wounds
stay in the premises of the pool and Wellness center without suitable bathing suits (bathrobes) bathrobes
jumping into the water, diving, playing ball, noise or any other activity that disturbs other users of the pool
the use of soap, shampoo and other chemicals when swimming in the pool
causing damage to other persons or property, theft or any other form of irresponsible behavior
performing urination outside the premises provided for these purposes
reservation of deck chairs or other pool facilities (reservation can be made only by the staff); during the stay, it is allowed to use only one deck chair / chair per person
move outside the pool area only in a bathing suit (mandatory coat or other suitable clothing)
the pets are prohibited
it is forbidden to use the slide and the construction of the slide contrary to its purpose (sitting, exercising, hanging)
it is strictly forbidden to use (lower) the slide when the red light on the traffic light is on
shower without bathing suits, especially in the presence of children
performing intimate and other inappropriate activities in the pool area and accompanying rooms
visitors may not interfere with other visitors and cause potentially dangerous situations, interfere with lifeguards in their work, use equipment or facilities on the beach contrary to their purposes, damage equipment or facilities on the beach, endanger the environment on the beach, go beyond the intended water surface at the beach on open waters and violate the bathing order
The working hours of the pool are every day from 10 am to 8 pm, the work of the slide from 12 am to 6 pm.

We recommend that:

use a protective hair cap and goggles while using the pool
consult a specialist doctor before using the pool in case you have health problems
take care of movement after leaving the shower and pool area (it can be slippery!)
showering children together with parents.

Important notes:

the wardrobe, pool and Wellness Caffe bar area is covered by video surveillance
Terme Ozren reserves the right to photograph and record the entire area, with or without guests, for publication for promotional purposes, or for security reasons, personal belongings found by staff at the pool area will be kept for 30 days from the date of discovery
guests who do not adhere to the swimming pool rules will be warned once by the Hotel staff, and if the illegal activities are repeated, the intervention of security and the competent authorities for the preservation of public order and peace will be requested; guests who are found not to respect the swimming pool rules even after the staff warns, will be prevented from using the pool
in case the guest forgets to return the inventory for which he has made a deposit immediately after use, he can make a refund within 48 hours and then withdraw his deposit; otherwise, the deposited deposit will be used to settle the incurred material damage, and the procedure will be treated as intentional alienation of inventory; guests who are found to have intentionally stolen inventory more than once will be prevented from using the pool
for any form of irresponsible behavior (non-compliance with the swimming pool order, etc.) which causes material or non-material damage to society, appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with legal and other regulations governing this area.

Excerpt from the house rules

Rooms are rented exclusively through the hotel reception.
The room is rented from 2 pm the next day and must be vacated by 11 am the next day.
Room service after 11 am is charged the next day.
The room can be rented for the needs of daily rest from 10 am to 6 pm.
Guests are required to keep personal belongings of value (valuables and money) in in-room safes or deposit them at the reception for safekeeping.
Otherwise, the hotel is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel because the hotel is not registered for them, except on request.
Heaters, stoves, etc. cannot be used in the rooms. to prevent damage and fire.
Guests are required to keep room inventory, installations and appliances.
Any damage must be paid for.
Every visit to the rooms must be registered at the hotel reception, with the presentation of an ID card.
Guests must not cause unpleasant noise and commotion and thus disturb the peace in the hotel.
The hotel has the right to cancel the use of guest services based on non-compliance with the house rules and to declare him an "undesirable guest".
The hotel reserves the right to change or amend the business policy in case of force or circumstances caused by a pandemic or epidemic of COVID 19 virus, including cancellation of reception of guests, termination of stay of existing guests to prevent the spread of infection and protect human life and health.
